Punjabi Literature Publication Trust (PLPT) America (reg'd) held its third annual meeting at Raja Sweets in Union City CA.
The trust was founded in 2005 by late Jung Sigh Ji Giani and Azad Jullundhary. The mission of PLPT is to select
quality literature by writers worldwide who may not be able to publish their works due to lack of finances. Trust selects
the literature, raises the funds, publishes the book (s) and distributes to literature lovers across the world, free of charge.
 
This meeting held on Sept. 21 2008 was attended by devoted literaries from all over the United States, and Canada.
In this meeting two books recently published by the trust were released. "Aina" by Dr. D.R. Dhawan was released by
S Harbhajan S. Bains and "Mehak Jahi Muskan" by S HS Bains was Released by Dr. Hardev S Managat. Book release
ceremonies were followed by a well attended and well enjoyed Kavi Darvar. About two Dozen Poets recited poems, gazals
and sang songs.

ਸਿਂਖਸ ਫਾਰ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਵਂਲੋਂ "84 ਸਿਂਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ"- ਇਨਸਾਫ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਅਂਜ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਮਿਲਵਾਕੀ, ਵਿਸਕੌਂਸਿਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਾ ਭਰੀਆਂ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਂਚ 84 ਸਿਂਖ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਦੀ ਸੀ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ. ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਆਫ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2, 2008 ਮੌਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿਂਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵਿਂਚ ਸੀ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ. ਤੋਂ 84 ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਾ ਭਰਕੇ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਯਾਦ ਰਂਖਣ ਲਈ "ਸਿਂਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ" ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਦੇ ਸਂਦੇ ਉਤੇ ਸਿਂਖਸ ਫਾਰ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਦੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਟਾਈਟਲਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮੁਂਖ ਗਵਾਹ ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਂਚ ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਝਾਮਪੁਰ, ਭਰਪੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਦਿਆਲ ਸਿੰਘ   ਬਾਬਾ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਖਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹਨ।
